Todd, Amanda, and Hammy have all three been TERRIFIC to work with through this convoluted, stressful, and remarkably complicated and complex, multi-layered and -faceted process of selling the house. We can only imagine how much more stressful all of this would have been had they not taken the reigns at every opportunity and guided us on what to do and did a lot of the legwork for us of so many facets of this approach. We cannot recommend Todd, Amanda, and Hammy enough -- you will not regret going with them when you're ready to sell your house. You'll still have a lot of work to do, and it's not going to be fun, but these three fine folks will certainly take the sting out of it. And Todd will indeed everything in his power to give you the best deal he possibly can -- he'll definitely go that extra mile. I was wanted to sale my home which I been renting and had problem with the renters, when I was contacted by We Buy VA.
